These terms and conditions apply between Clean Part AB, reg. no. 556344-8892, Ekebergsvägen 103, 305 75 Getinge, Sweden (“Clean Part”, “we”, “us”) and the legal entity placing an order via cleanpart.se (“the customer”, “you”).
The website and e-commerce platform are intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). By placing an order, the customer confirms that the purchase is made in the course of commercial or professional activity. Consumer protection legislation shall therefore not apply.
A binding contract is concluded when Clean Part confirms the customer’s order by order confirmation via email or another agreed communication channel.
Clean Part reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in prices, texts, technical information or stock availability that the customer reasonably should have identified as erroneous, even after receipt of the order but prior to delivery.
Clean Part supplies spare parts and wear parts for professional cleaning machines.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected product is compatible with the relevant machine, model and intended application.
Technical specifications, dimensions, material descriptions and compatibility information are provided for informational purposes only. Minor deviations may occur, particularly for replacement parts, aftermarket products or as a result of ongoing product improvements.
3.1 Website Development Status and Nature of Information
Clean Part’s e-commerce platform is under continuous development. Website content, structure, functionality, product presentations and filtering logic may be modified without prior notice.
Product information may in individual cases be incomplete or temporarily incorrect. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the delivered product.
All information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a guarantee of compatibility or suitability for the customer’s specific application.
In the event of any discrepancy between information presented on the website and the confirmed order, the order confirmation shall prevail.
Certain prices are customer-specific and may not be disclosed to third parties. Quotation-based or specially agreed products are governed primarily by the confirmed order or quotation.
Custom-made or customer-specific products cannot be returned, cancelled or credited unless expressly agreed in writing.
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Shipping and handling costs may apply and will be specified on the order or invoice.
Payment methods may vary by customer. Late payment entitles Clean Part to charge default interest and collection costs in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, delivery is made EXW Getinge, Sweden – Incoterms® 2020.
Risk passes to the customer when the goods are made available at Clean Part’s premises. The customer is responsible for transport, insurance and any export or import formalities.
Where Clean Part, at the customer’s request or for practical reasons, arranges transport, such transport is carried out on behalf of the customer and at the customer’s cost and risk. This does not affect the transfer of risk under the applicable Incoterm.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Risk passes in accordance with the applicable Incoterm. Under EXW, risk passes when the goods are made available to the customer at Clean Part’s premises.
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any defects or deviations must be reported without undue delay, normally within seven (7) days from receipt.
No general right of withdrawal applies. Returns require prior written approval. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Clean Part shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the value of the delivered product.
This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Clean Part shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including war, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics or supplier disruptions.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be settled by Swedish courts, with Hallands District Court as the court of first instance.
